Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are your service areas?
A: We proudly serve the communities in Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre.
Q: What does weekly pool maintenance include?
A: This is a full service plan that includes the cost of chemicals. We will come to your house on a designated day of the week every week. Your Payne Pool Professionals pool technician will test the pool water chemistry, adjust chemical levels for the proper balance, skim entire pool surface to clear all debris, power vacuum the pool floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, empty Polaris or automatic pool cleaner bag, clean interior tiles along water line, algae prevention and removal, inspect pump and filter equipment.
Q: My pool is losing water, what should I do?
A: You can expect some water loss due to evaporation and splash during normal swimming activities. If you suspect you are losing an above average amount of water in your pool, you will need to check all plumbing and equipment for leaks, inspect backwash line for water bypassing valve and inspect interior of pool for cracks. Please contact Payne Pool Professionals to schedule a service call for visual or non-visual leaks to discuss possible scenarios.
Q: How important is water chemistry for my pool?
A: Water chemistry is the most important part of any pool’s maintenance routine. Pool water that is not balanced correctly will not only damage the pool equipment but will also ruin the interior finish of the pool.
Q: If I am not home, how can I tell if my pool was serviced?
A: We want to be transparent in our work, and we will leave a receipt of service. It will note the time the visit took place, in a place of your preference for every weekly visit.
